Welcome to the House of Illustration’s online competition site. We are delighted to be working with The Folio Society for a second time on The Book Illustration Competition. Following on from last year’s successful competition, the book to be illustrated this year is The Bloody Chamber and Other Stories by Angela Carter. We hope this will provide a fascinating challenge to all illustrators.
Last year’s competition, Getting Inside The Outsider, was won by Matthew Richardson and copies of The Outsider are now available to purchase here
The competition is open to anyone over 18 who is not a Folio Society published illustrator. The deadline is Tuesday 10 January 2012.
